Vaidehi Kavthekar. Vai is an accomplished Careers expert, Vaidehi has a distinguished background in career development and recruitment in New Zealand. Known as an expert on migrant careers, she has managed nationwide programmes and served as a specialist recruiter. Her professional insights into local workplace culture and interview techniques are vital to the Foundation's career empowerment initiatives.
Munish Bhatt. Munis h is a passionate voice for migrant empowerment in New Zealand. His journey is shaped by over a decade of experience in migrant settlement and employment through MSD, where he has worked closely with individuals and families navigating the realities of building a new life.
With a Master’s in Business and a strong background across business, marketing, and real estate, Munish brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and real-world understanding. His work across Auckland’s diverse communities has been driven by one clear belief, that successful settlement is not just about arriving, but about belonging.
Through his involvement in various community initiatives, Munish continues to support pathways that help migrants integrate, contribute, and thrive with confidence.

Pratishtha Purohit As the Founder of our delivery partner, EduventureNZ, Pratishtha is a cultural intelligence and career practitioner with over 14 years of experience supporting newcomers in Aotearoa. Having navigated her own transition to New Zealand with 15 years of prior leadership experience, she developed the "I Am A Star" framework to help others reclaim their confidence and overcome cultural barriers. Her work is deeply grounded in the Te Whare Tapa Whā model, focusing on holistic wellbeing to ensure migrants and international students move beyond qualifications to a true sense of belonging.
